Learning Together

On 10th December, we celabrated the first session of Learning Together.
On this ocassion, the groups which are participating are: The second grade of primary and the fourth of secondary.
That day, we introduced the couples and we presented the activity.
Our students enjoyed themselves a lot. First we gave them their identity cards as godfathers/mothers or godsons/dauthers, after that, they had the opportunity to speak about themselves and get to know the other ones.
Thanks to everybody, you did it really well.

El pasado diez de diciembre, celebramos la primera sesión de Learning Together.
En esta ocasión, los grupos participantes son segundo de primaria y cuarto de la ESO.
Ese día, presentamos las parejas y la actividad.
Nuestr@s alumn@s disfrutaron muchísimo. Primero les dimos su carnets como padrinos/madrinas o ahijados/as, tras esto tuvieron la oportunidad de hablar sobre ellos mismos y conocer a los otros
Gracias atod@s . Lo hicisteis realmente bien.

Autumn is here!

The vocabulary in this lesson includes : leaves, squirrel, pumpkin , trees, umbrella , rain, coat.

This morning we draw on autumn leaves. We gave life to the leaves with feelings.

We draw the eyes, mouth ,nose, legs and hands leaves.

El vocabulario de la unidad de Otoño es : hojas, ardilla, calabaza, árbol, paraguas, lluvia, impermeable. Esta mañana nosotros dibujamos en las hojas y les dimos vida con las expresiones. Dibujamos los ojos, la boca, la nariz , piernas y manos.

Modelling clay! - 2nd Grade Social Science

Students from 2nd grade are studying unit 2: A world of landscapes, so they are learning words such as: tunnel, mountain, range, bridge, valley, river, lake. This morning they practised these concepts with modelling clay. They really had fun. Here are the results, have a look! :D

Los alumnos de 2º de primaria están estudiando la unidad 2: Un mundo de paisajes, están aprendiendo palabras como: túnel, montaña, cordillera, puente, valle, río, lago. Esta mañana practicaron estos conceptos con plastilina. Lo pasaron genial. Aquí están los resultados, ¡echad un vistazo! :D

Halloween 2015

Today we have celebrated St. George's Day un our school.
Our students have done lots  of activities related to this awesome story: crosswords, fill un the gaps....
They have enjoyed themselves a lot.

Learning together- 3rd session

Last Monday we had the third session of learning together, this time they revised animals. The little ones had to ask questions to the old ones to complete a schedule so that they guessed which animal it was. After this, the old ones completed a mental map.

El pasado lunes tuvimos la tercera sesión de "learning together", en esta ovación repasaron los animales. Los pequeños tenían que hacer preguntas a los mayores para completar un esquema y adivinar qué animal era. Después de esto, los mayores completaron un mapa mental.
